About the Role. - We’re hiring our . first Product Manager.  for the newly formed . Identity & Permissions.  team, part of the . Platform track;. - This team owns foundational, . user-facing features.  that serve . both internal teams and external users. :. - Authentication & login (UX, security, scalability);. - Role-based access control (RBAC) and permission management;. - User security features (2FA, session management, etc.).. - You will play a . strategic role.  in structuring the team, shaping the roadmap, driving alignment across Pennylane, and making Identity & Permissions a . scalable product foundation.  for years to come.. What You’ll Do. - Own the . Identity & Permissions.  roadmap: define OKRs, set priorities, and ship impactful features;. - Conduct continuous discovery: run interviews, collaborate with stakeholders, and dig into data;. - Work with . Engineering, Design, Security, and Compliance.  to build and iterate on secure, scalable systems;. - Structure and introduce . product management best practices. : discovery, delivery, roadmapping, comms;. - Align with internal stakeholders from product and tech mainly;. - Lead cross-team initiatives and strategic projects involving identity, access, or user infrastructure.. Who We’re Looking For. -. Month 6. - Full autonomy on strategy, delivery, and team rituals;. - Influence product culture across Platform and beyond;. - Prepare to mentor future PMs as the team grows;. Our hiring process. - You will first have a general chat with a Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min);. - You’ll then have a discussion with 1 member of our Product team to assess the fit and the Product culture (45 min);. - You’ll then pass a live case study with 2 PMs from our team (1h15);. - You'll have a final round with Tancrède (our CPO) and a Group PM or a Head of Product (60 mn) ..
