Manage our full CRM lifecycle across email, push, and in-app. Own segmentation logic, targeting rules, and QA. Collaborate with Product, PX, and LiveOps to align lifecycle touch-points to feature drops and user journeys. Monitor performance and iterate based on retention and engagement KPIs. Maintain a living growth calendar across lifecycle, product launches, and experiments. Track campaign and feature launches end-to-end from kickoff to postmortem. Keep cross-functional work (creative, analytics, product) moving smoothly. Build alignment and accountability across teams without bureaucracy. Pull and visualize core lifecycle and campaign metrics. Partner with analytics for deeper dives, but be able to own lightweight reporting end-to-end. Flag what’s working, what’s flatlining, and where to push next and execute / adjust plans accordingly. What We’re Looking For. 3–6 years in CRM, lifecycle, growth ops, or product marketing roles. Fluent in CRM tools (Braze, Iterable, or similar) and segmentation/audience logic.
