Your Role in Our Journey. Jane is launching a new partner ecosystem that brings together clinical and business tools to help healthcare practices thrive. We’re seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Senior Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) activation of our integration partners. This role is critical in transforming our partner ecosystem from a build-phase project to a growth engine that enhances the Jane platform, drives adoption, and increases customer delight. As the GTM lead, you’ll connect the dots between Product, Marketing, Enablement, Support, and partner organizations to ensure integrations not only launch but thrive. You’ll work alongside our deeply collaborative team to define what success looks like for each partner and ensure we achieve it - ultimately helping clinics discover the tools they need to do their best work.. The Impact You Could Have. Drive the go-to-market launch and adoption strategies for partner integrations across the Jane platform. Shape Jane’s evolving partner strategy by identifying emerging opportunities, market gaps, and commercialization models beyond traditional revenue sharing. Lead discovery efforts to define new integration verticals that help recommend Jane to new clinics. Partner cross-functionally to craft enablement assets, launch plans, and marketing campaigns that elevate partner visibility and clinic adoption. Define and track key success metrics like adoption, referrals, retention lift, and incremental revenue, using insights to inform continuous improvements. Manage partner success post-launch, nurturing relationships to advance from basic to more complex integrations. Be the first-line escalation and support liaison, keeping partner and clinic-facing documentation fresh and actionable. Advocate for business and user needs in shaping how partner experiences are surfaced, supported, and evolved. Develop co-marketing and referral programs that help Jane and our partners grow together. Contribute to building a thriving partner ecosystem that aligns with Jane’s mission to help the helpers. The Experience We Feel We Need. Proven track record leading GTM or partnership initiatives in a SaaS or product-led company, ideally with a focus on small business customers. Experience with commercialization strategies - packaging, pricing, partner tiering, or non-traditional revenue models. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, and Support, especially in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments. Comfort with both strategic thinking and tactical execution - you’re as happy crafting a GTM playbook as you are launching a campaign. Experience working with agencies, marketing tech stacks, or building out ecosystems is a strong plus. High EQ communicator who builds trust quickly and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
