What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role. 5+ years of progressive experience as an Atlassian Administrator, with a significant portion in a senior capacity.. Deep expertise in architecting and maintaining highly complex Jira workflows, including advanced scripting (e.g., Groovy).. Expert-level understanding of Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence.. Mastery of Atlassian user management, permissions, and security in large-scale environments.. Extensive hands-on experience with third-party Atlassian Marketplace apps, specifically advanced configuration of Exalate.. Strong experience with database administration and advanced SQL.. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.. Significant practical experience with Zendesk administration, including API integrations and workflow optimization, especially relating to Atlassian.. Ability to communicate fluently in English.
