Translate Customer Voice: Collect, interpret, and prioritize customer feedback and demands, turning insights into clear technical requirements.. Bridge Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, and business teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges.. Drive Strategy: Monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven strategies to increase debt recovery rates.. Connect the Dots: Serve as the crucial link between business needs, data insights, and technology solutions.. What You'll Need To Succeed.
