As a Senior Stock Administrator, you will manage complex global equity programs across 60+ countries and ensure compliance with global equity administration requirements. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Stock Administration.. This role is 100% remote-based in the US.. What You’ll Do. Support day-to-day administration of the company's equity programs, including processing new equity awards, stock option exercises, terminations, and grant modifications. . Maintain data in the Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE database to ensure the accuracy of participant information. . Lead compliance and reporting efforts for equity programs across 60+ global jurisdictions.. Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs while providing excellent service to plan participants at all levels.. Develop and deliver employee training and communications. . Support Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration. . Generate recurring reports and respond timely to ad hoc requests from business partners. . Manage SOX procedures related to equity processes and ensure strict compliance. . Manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity. . Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices for the accurate and timely processing of equity awards. . Understand and have working knowledge and experience in application of accounting rules associated with stock-based compensation (ASC-718). . What You’ll Bring . Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE platform in Stock Plan Administration at a global, publicly traded technology company, showing a track record of increasing responsibilities. . Expertise with Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP programs. . Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level III.. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a rigorous devotion to detail.. Ability to work independently, shift focus, adapt to changing priorities, maintain patience in high-pressure situations, and take initiative where appropriate. . Comfort working with ambiguity, and a drive to find workable solutions where they are not otherwise readily apparent. . Comfortable speaking to an audience, creating and delivering presentations. . An expert in use of EEO reports and Excel/Google sheets (pivot tables, V-lookups, nested formulas). . Experience with Google Workspace. . Willingness to learn and use GitLab. . About the team.
