Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients — from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals. Deeply understand client challenges and align them with the value of AffiniPay’s industry-leading solutions. Deliver high-impact product demos and business case proposals to decision-makers. Negotiate sound financial agreements which are solid business solutions for our software solutions and our clients. Accurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals. About You:. 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS sales to mid-market or larger accounts. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota. Consultative, solutions-focused selling style with the ability to influence and educate buyers. Self-starter with strong business acumen, confidence in deal strategy, and comfort navigating complex orgs. Competitive edge, but also a true team player who shares best practices and lifts others up. Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Bonus Points:. Experience in legal tech, fintech, or selling into professional services verticals. Familiarity with value-selling frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC). Additional Information: . Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $140,000-$170,000. This role includes uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to exceed your earnings potential based on performance. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ.
