We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Labeling Artwork Program Manager. In this role, you will lead end-to-end program management for the development, revision, and approval of packaging and labeling artwork across a consumer health portfolio. You will act as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring labeling projects are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with global regulatory and brand requirements.. Key Responsibilities. • Manage the artwork development process from initiation through approval and implementation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality labeling components. • Serve as the primary point of contact between Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors/agencies. • Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple concurrent labeling projects. • Coordinate the review and approval of labeling content and artwork in internal systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate standards. • Support change control processes related to labeling updates, including product launches, regulatory changes, and branding initiatives. • Lead or support process improvements related to artwork development, approval workflows, and digital tools. • Ensure consistent and timely communication of project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.. Qualifications. • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management in the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry. • Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for product labeling and packaging. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment. • Experience with electronic artwork management systems (e.g., Veeva, Adobe Illustrator) is strongly preferred. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.. #LI-PR1 #LI-Remote.
