As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll assess performance needs and design and deliver targeted enablement strategies that accelerate the effectiveness of our global Sales, Pre-Sales, and Channel sales teams. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and Product teams to design training that drives revenue outcomes, accelerates onboarding, and supports overall go-to-market success.. Responsibilities. Act as a performance consultant to Sales—identifying role-specific skill and knowledge gaps and designing targeted readiness programs, including manager-led “train-the-trainer” frameworks, that drive measurable improvements in ramp time, execution, and revenue impact.. Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives in partnership with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales stakeholders—scoping priorities, managing timelines, and delivering scalable programs to support product launches, campaigns, and strategic sales plays.. Champion the voice of the sales user by gathering frontline feedback, surfacing workflow pain points, and co-creating enablement solutions that are intuitive, embedded in daily practice, and aligned with how teams sell.. Leverage ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools to prototype content, develop sales simulations, and deliver personalized learning pathways that improve knowledge retention and application on the job.. Build, launch, and manage sales-focused content using our LMS (e.g., Litmos), Articulate, Camtasia, and Salesforce—ensuring content is accessible, timely, and aligned with the broader enablement strategy.. Qualifications. 3+ years of instructional design experience focused on B2B sales enablement within a SaaS organization. Strong grasp of adult learning principles, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger), and enablement best practices. Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Audacity, ChatGPT, Litmos and Asana.. Experience creating learning paths and content for sales audiences: onboarding, call coaching, product/solution training, discovery and qualification, etc.. Familiarity with sales tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Kaia, PowerBI, etc.. Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas. Passion for helping teams succeed through needs analysis, user advocacy, performance support, and continuous improvement. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
