We’re hiring a . Creative Lead. to own and evolve the n8n brand across every touchpoint — from digital to motion to real-world experiences.. As our first dedicated creative hire, you’ll take full ownership of n8n’s visual identity and brand guidelines, bringing consistency, clarity, and ambition to how we show up across the globe. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, DevRel, and Comms to deliver brand work that scales — and partner with top-tier freelancers and agencies to expand our creative reach.. We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable crafting visuals themselves as they are directing others. Someone who can move fast, raise the bar, and scale great creative through systems, process, and influence.. Own the n8n visual brand. — including brand guidelines, creative direction, and quality across all channels and formats (static, motion, video, OOH). Ensure consistency and clarity. across every brand expression: campaigns, social, website, employer brand, and events. Act as the creative partner. for strategic brand moments — conferences, launches, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives. Manage and scale our creative partner network. , onboarding and leading freelancers and agencies for specialized formats (e.g. decks, YouTube intros, motion, social). Build and evolve brand processes. — setting internal expectations, aligning timelines, and creating systems to support high-velocity, high-quality work. Create hands-on work. — from assets and templates to mockups and visual storytelling — while setting the standard for creative excellence. 🛠️ What we’re looking for. Must-have:. 8+ years in creative, brand, or visual design roles (ideally B2B SaaS or devtools). 4+ years in a lead position owning things end to end. A portfolio showing excellent brand craft across web, campaigns, and systems. Proven ability to drive both brand strategy and hands-on execution. Experience managing creative vendors (freelancers, agencies). High attention to detail, clarity of thought, and visual storytelling. Fluent in async, remote-first collaboration. Nice-to-have:. Experience with devtools, open source, or technical audiences. Motion/video storytelling skills (hands-on or via partners). Experience with brand evolutions or rebrands. Employer brand or talent marketing exposure.
