
Technical Program Manager - Accessibility at Figma. Location Information: USA. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager focused on Accessibility to lead our ongoing efforts in building inclusive and accessible experiences across Figma’s product surfaces. This TPM will drive the execution of our accessibility audit and remediation programs, partner closely with teams across engineering, design, legal, and product, and help shape the systems that make accessibility a core part of how we build at scale.. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you’ll do at Figma:. Lead Figma’s accessibility audit and remediation program, partnering with vendors and internal teams to ensure we meet WCAG standards across all product surfaces. Design and implement scalable systems for accountability, visibility, and delivery around accessibility across the organization. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Legal to integrate accessibility into the product development lifecycle. Develop clear tracking systems and dashboards that surface progress and risks to stakeholders across altitudes. Partner with PM and Design leaders to improve how accessibility is handled within shared components of internal design systems. Support compliance efforts on high-stakes projects, including enterprise customer requirements. Contribute to broader TPM team practices, helping us scale program operations with clarity and care. We'd love to hear from you if you have:. 5+ years of experience in technical program management, ideally supporting product engineering or UI platform teams. Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery. Familiarity with digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), tools (e.g., screen readers, QA audit vendors), and practices. Proven experience designing, implementing, and refining program infrastructure, such as scalable processes and team rituals, to drive alignment and execution. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Experience working with external vendors on contracts, procurement, and capacity planning. Clear, concise communication skills and comfort presenting to both ICs and senior leadership. A systems mindset—you enjoy identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and iterating based on feedback. While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:. Prior hands-on experience with accessible product development as an engineer, designer, QA, or PM. Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift quickly. Exposure to working on accessibility in mobile apps or machine-learning-powered user interfaces. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
