
Order Management Analyst at Figma. Location Information: USA. As an Order Management Analyst, you will be a critical part of the company’s day-to-day and month-end close processes, reporting, and operational procedures. As a member of the broader Accounting team, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter who can work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. This role will report to the Order Management Manager. . This is a full time role that can be held from our San Francisco hub or worked during Pacific timezone hours.. What you’ll do at Figma:. Review and approve order forms to ensure they align with company policies and revenue recognition rules. Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity by auditing order forms, and coordinate with internal teams to investigate discrepancies or reconciling items and follow up to conclusion. Process orders accurately and timely by following internal processes and procedures, while maintaining SLA requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address internal inquiries about billing issues. Ensure internal compliance with established policies . Ad-hoc projects as they arise. We'd love to hear from you if you have:. 2+ years of experience in order management. Experience working for a fast-paced SaaS business . Experience working with a payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Square, Paypal, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy. Strong Excel skills. While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:.
