Identify and engage passive and active candidates for quota-carrying sales roles (e.g., Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Managers) using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn Lite, Apollo.io, GEM AI, and other sourcing tools.. Pipeline Development:. Build and maintain strong  candidate pipelines to meet weekly funnel goals.. Collaboration:. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on search strategies, profiles, and hiring priorities.. Candidate Engagement:. Write compelling outreach campaigns and maintain proactive communication with prospects to ensure a high candidate response rate.. Market Research:. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor insights, and talent movement within the sales hiring landscape.. ATS Management:. Experience:. 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.. Sales Recruiting:.
