Engage directly with developers across platforms like Discord, Reddit, and Stack Overflow. Listen deeply and represent the community. You can log patterns, share stories, and amplify builders’ work. Prototype tools, demos, or walkthroughs that reflect real developer needs. Organize and attend virtual events to deepen relationships and represent Twilio. Develop content that promotes engagement with developers, solving their problems, and using the product.. Desired:. 1-2 years of experience running community programs within a software or Internet-based company.. Existing network from a diverse set of communities and social media platforms.. Media training and experience in communicating with journalists, bloggers, and other media on a range of technical topics.. Location. This role will be remote, and based in Ireland or the UK.
