We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to take our user engagement and retention efforts to the next level. This role will design and execute targeted campaigns that guide users through every stage of their journey with Typeform, from onboarding and first conversion to expansion and long-term loyalty. You’ll own and optimise automated workflows, segment audiences, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to ensure our lifecycle programs drive meaningful results.. In the short term, you’ll focus on supporting our three core areas—Acquisition, Expansion, and cross-functional projects—while working closely with your manager for alignment. Over time, you’ll own end-to-end lifecycle strategies, proactively identify new growth opportunities, and play a key role in driving business success.. About the team. The Lifecycle Marketing team ensures our users get the right message at the right time, helping them see and realise the value of Typeform. We work across acquisition, retention, and expansion to create personalised experiences that drive engagement, revenue growth, and loyalty.. On the acquisition side, we have strong foundations with proven campaigns that bring in new users and convert them into paying customers. Your role will help us fine-tune, test, and expand these programs for maximum impact.. On the expansion side, you’ll have the opportunity to build from scratch. While we’ve excelled at bringing in new users, structured expansion programs are still in their early stages. This is your chance to design the playbook—encouraging upgrades, cross-sells, and long-term adoption of our higher-tier plans.. Things you will do. Identify growth and expansion opportunities across the user journey. Own and enhance automated workflows that deliver timely, relevant messaging. Develop and execute targeted campaigns for acquisition, expansion, and retention. Segment users and map journeys to create personalised engagement strategies. Analyse and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations. Plan and run experiments to improve key lifecycle metrics. Partner with PMM, Brand, Content, and Product teams to deliver cross-functional projects. What you already bring to the table. Experience designing and running lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels. Strong understanding of user segmentation, journey mapping, and personalisation tactics. Proven ability to analyse data, measure results, and optimise campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and experimentation frameworks. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfort balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking. Extra awesome if you have. Experience building expansion strategies from the ground up. Background in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments. Familiarity with in-product messaging platforms
