Content Development:. Assist in creating training materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training resources, videos, and job aids. This may include storytelling and branching scenarios to create more engaging content. . Instructional Design:. Collaborate with the GPSU team to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and ensure that content aligns with learning objectives.. Multimedia Production:. Support the development of multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance training content.. Learning Management System (LMS):. Assist in uploading and managing training content in the LMS, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for employees.. Evaluation and Feedback: . Participate in the evaluation of training programs, collect feedback from participants, and make necessary improvements based on feedback and data analysis.. Project Coordination:.
