You will review outputs no one has seen before, contribute to real-time product improvements, and ensure our AI features are clinically safe, appropriate, and effective. We are looking for someone with deep clinical expertise, a strong clinical quality mindset, and a working understanding of how AI tools support care delivery. You will help shape how cutting-edge AI tools are evaluated, validated, and responsibly scaled in clinical workflows. Working cross-functionally, you will identify safety risks, assess therapeutic appropriateness, and uphold clinical standards across a growing portfolio of AI-powered features.. Key responsibilities include:. Conducting systematic quality reviews of AI-generated outputs across features, identifying clinical risks and surfacing safety issues. Defining and refining clinical QA protocols, guardrails, and escalation pathways for new and existing AI features. Contributing to clinical incident escalation and triage processes for flagged risks. Collaborating with Product and Engineering to iterate on model behavior and prompt design based on clinical appropriateness and safety. Supporting the development of safety metrics and dashboards with the Data team . Collaborating on tooling improvements to scale clinical QA, including automated review systems and evaluators. Providing clinical expertise during product development sprints and launch planning, including provider training and enablement for new AI tools. Partnering with Clinical Excellence, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure clinical and regulatory alignment across the AI product portfolio. Supporting general product initiatives as needed, including clinical evaluation of new features, provider-facing enablement content, and go-to-market activities. The salary range for this position is $122,000 - 143,000 USD.. Please Note: Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.. You’ll Be a Good Fit If:. You hold an . active clinical license. (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) and have at least 4–5 years of direct clinical experience, with strong clinical judgment and a deep understanding of therapeutic appropriateness. Experience with quality assurance/improvement, clinical review, supervision, or clinical documentation. Experience with AI/ML tools, digital health platforms, and healthcare technology. Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to evaluating clinical outputs at scale. Understanding clinical risk assessment and safety protocols, and can identify when care deviates from evidence-based standards. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical outcome measurement. Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to telehealth workflows or technology-enabled care delivery Experience supporting go-to-market activities, provider training, or clinical enablement.
