As the Product Manager for . You’ll identify conversion opportunities, run experiments, and partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to increase sales for our creators and satisfaction for our buyers.. Deeply understand our buyers and creators through data, research, and empathy—and translate those insights into product opportunities. Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase conversion, reduce friction, and grow sales through rapid experimentation and long-term innovation. Drive a world-class user experience that helps buyers find the right tickets, pay how they want, and feel confident in their purchase. Collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and payments to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience. Balance multiple types of product work from experimentation, product expansion, and technical investments. Set clear goals and success metrics for your team, and lead with energy, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence. Inspire and align cross-functional partners, keeping everyone focused on what matters most to our users and the business. THE SKILLSET. 4–7 years of product management experience in consumer-facing products, ideally in ecommerce or marketplaces. Proven track record of driving impact through product experimentation and learning. Experience in marketplace or ecommerce checkout, payments, or conversion optimization. Deep customer empathy and a user-first mindset, with experience conducting or partnering on research. Analytical and data-driven, with experience defining success metrics and using them to guide decisions. Skilled at collaborating across disciplines and navigating technical complexity, especially with backend systems. Strong communicator who can clearly articulate vision, strategy, and rationale to stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. BONUS POINTS. Background working on experimentation platforms or running A/B tests at scale. Familiarity with frontend and backend architecture of complex systems.
