Experience with full-stack development building web apps, using modern programming languages such as:. Proficient in React and TypeScript for Front end. Proficient in TypeScript for the Backend. Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex data projects at scale, with a deep understanding of data infrastructure and distributed systems.. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes, with experience designing and optimizing data pipelines.. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive alignment across teams.. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams.. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under tight timelines.. Desired:. Experience developing production-quality LLM applications and using modern agent frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, Llamaindex, LangSmith, LangFuse, CrewAI, and/or others is a plus..
