Principal Product Manager at Twilio. Location Information: Colombia. About the job. This position is needed to drive value throughout Twilio’s business through high value, high ROI solutions.  Twilio’s IT Product Managers are best in class partners with our business teams, owning value stream roadmaps that deliver solutions and significant return on investment for the highest priority business needs.  Our PMs know their stakeholders' business and the problems they’re faced with and partner with stakeholders and IT teams to establish and curate prioritized roadmaps with a passion for and focus on value and bottom line impact.  Our PMs are skilled in engaging with individuals at any level of the organization, are a strong voice in every room and are capable of challenging the business and IT teams to focus and deliver on the highest value business problems.. Our IT Product Managers have to possess not only an incredible array of skills but also a passion to continuously hone their practice.  In some ways the requirements of this role at Twilio make the right candidate hard to find but what we’re building requires amazing talent.. Responsibilities. In this role, you’ll:. Partner with Enterprise Engagement and BSA/Product Owner teams to elicit and prioritize business problems and use cases with business stakeholders with a focus on productivity and collaboration tooling at Twilio. Establish strategic vision for your value stream, creating and curating roadmaps that move the business forward and are aligned with organizational priorities. Partner with leadership to inform OKR creation and drive delivery of key results. Create and own roadmap artifacts (strategic themes, personas, epics) and partner closely with BSAs/Product Owners and Architecture to ensure the roadmap is understood and executable. Partner with other value stream product managers to deliver cross-value stream initiatives. Interface with business and leadership teams to share and evangelize roadmap. Partner with IT Product Management team members to hone the product management practice for IT at Twilio. Qualifications . Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Strength in balancing multiple stakeholders and their needs with a focus on owning and curating a roadmap for their value stream that centers around the highest return on investment for Twilio. Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio of tools and partner with internal and vendor teams to deliver on the value stream roadmap. Experience with data and analytics solutions design and implementation. Success in delivering new product and value in an agile operating environment. Experience with and application of user centric design principles. Experience in business process mapping and process re-engineering. Ability to understand and speak to complex solution ecosystems with an ability to simplify and focus discussions. Passion for owning and evolving value stream strategic artifacts (vision, priorities, roadmap) with demonstrated excellence in evangelizing, gaining buy-in across an organization and delivering on the strategy.  . Desired:. Experience delivering product and value in a Scaled Agile methodology. Prior role(s) in Business Systems Analysis. Experience establishing and curating a portfolio of productivity and collaboration solutions.  . Location. This role will be remote in Colombia. Travel .
