Deal Desk Analyst. reporting into our Revenue Operations organisation. You will help us build, run, and scale our deal operations globally, with a focus on North America and APAC. This involves supporting our sales teams with the operational execution of deals, helping to facilitate day-to-day operations while also shaping our longer-term processes, systems, and strategy in this area. We’re a fast-growing company, so there’s enormous scope for the person in this role to own and shape this function, and to grow and progress within the Revenue Operations team and beyond.. What you will be doing:. Deeply understand our pricing model in order to assist in designing, approving, and reviewing deals. Serve as a trusted advisor and go-to resource for our sales teams and leadership on deal structure, quoting, and order form creation; advise on alternate contract options to drive deal closure. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales to facilitate, process, and execute standard and non-standard deals. Review in-progress and executed order forms to ensure they align with the opportunity information in Salesforce; advise Sales on proper SFDC entry and assist as needed. Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase the overall efficiency of deal execution. Multitask and prioritise effectively during periods of high volume, with schedule flexibility at month- and quarter-end. Help support and improve our CPQ tool, DealHub, and the associated workflows. Train and enable our sales organisation through engaging training sessions and first-class documentation. What you bring with you:. Minimum 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a Deal Desk role. Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles. Extremely organised with a very high level of attention to detail. Able to prioritise and project-manage incoming tasks while keeping cool under pressure. A clear and thoughtful communicator when discussing and sharing sensitive data with a range of business functions. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deals simultaneously for multiple stakeholders. Not fazed by ambiguity or uncertainty, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment. Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (required). Target Annual Compensation: . $115,000 - $130,000 salary + 10% bonus + equity.
