There’s no dedicated roadmap for testing churn interventions—this is yours to build.. What you’ll do. Build a churn reduction strategy:. Partner with Data to define churn risk models and segment users by risk level.. Launch re-engagement journeys:. Design, test, and optimize campaigns that proactively address churn at key lifecycle stages (onboarding, activation dip, renewal).. Develop win-back flows:. Create targeted campaigns to re-engage churned users and address cancellation drivers.. Run experiments:. Establish an experimentation roadmap across email, in-app, and embedded messaging to test reactivation and value reinforcement tactics.. Enhance automation & targeting:. Proven experience running lifecycle or retention marketing programs in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments..
