You have experience building AI systems from research concepts to working prototypes. You're comfortable working with experimental technologies, incomplete documentation, and beta tools. You can write production-quality code in Python and work with modern AI/ML frameworks. You have experience with multiple AI technologies including LLMs, traditional ML, and emerging architectures. You're inherently curious about cutting-edge developments and can make informed predictions about technology trends. You can context-switch between high-level strategy and detailed implementation. You thrive in small team environments where your individual contributions have immediate, visible impact. Bonus Points. Experience with talent acquisition, workforce analytics, or marketplace technologies. Background in distributed systems and massive-scale machine learning.
