Key responsibilities. Brand & Content Management. Become “go-to” global expert for brand standards (both messaging and visual identity) at the Nearform corporate level and provide oversight to ensure brand identity adherence across global assets.. Support a content strategy that reflects the voice and personality of Nearform (real, energised, human, and clear) in collaboration with the CMO and Brand/PR Agency, to help position Nearform as a go-to thought leader in the data & AI space. Coordinate the end-to-end process to develop high-quality marketing content about Nearform, including our rapidly growing data & AI capabilities. This includes collaborating with stakeholders across the organization - including sales and technical leads - to uncover impactful stories and translate complex solutions into clear, engaging. Execute launch programs by collaborating with our social media lead and regional marketing teams, while managing engagement measurement. Agency Management. Manage day-to-day interactions with our Brand/PR Agency, on both Nearform's thought leadership as well as external communications. Stay current on digital and AI-related industry trends, to help inform messaging and ensure alignment with timely market hooks.. Internal Stakeholder Alignment. As part of our Global Marketing team, build strong relationships across the Nearform organization, including the regions, executive leadership team, people team, and delivery members.. Stay aligned with these internal stakeholders on Nearform’s growth priorities, while gathering input and soliciting feedback for an iterative, collaborative approach to external content.. Day-to-day collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure coordination of external communications channels, messaging, and measurement. Website Management. Oversee website project management - including iterative updates as well as backlog management to maintain a clear, user-focused digital experience.. Use Sanity CMS to update and manage website content, ensuring consistency, freshness, and SEO optimization.. Work with third-party teams and, as the team grows, manage a Website Lead on the design and development of initiatives to keep Nearform's website best-in-class. Channel your creativity through developing and testing new concepts that can elevate digital storytelling, e.g., through layout, imagery, and UX refinements.. What we are looking for. 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B services marketing, ideally in technology, digital consultancy, or enterprise services (interest or experience in data & AI a plus). Proven expertise in content strategy, writing, or editorial management—particularly for technical solutions aimed at media/analyst and executive audiences.. Experience managing projects effectively, with diverse and distributed stakeholders and impact-oriented prioritization & measurement. Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (Prior Sanity experience is a plus, but not required - training is available). Experience managing full-time employees, ideally including developers and/or designers . Experience working with external agencies/vendors. A strategic mindset with the ability to drive narratives that connect business outcomes with technical capabilities.. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across distributed teams..
