
Manager, Recruiting – Engineering at Figma. Location Information: USA. As a Recruiting Manager you will cultivate, lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and sourcers supporting Engineering. You will work from concept to fruition on staffing strategies to support these organizations and partner with our hiring leaders to execute best in class recruiting practices. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you’ll do at Figma:. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers. Be an active member of the broader recruiting leadership team, where you will have the opportunity to help ensure Figma is a top option for the best talent across all areas of the business. We'd love to hear from you if you have:. 8+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment. 4+ years of people management experience, with specific experience in Engineering recruiting. Demonstrated experience leading and nurturing senior recruiters and sourcers . Experience working with stakeholders, leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives. Have used data in the past across all facets of your role including for team performance, driving efficiency and storytelling. A track record of building a recruiting function that scales with constant growth. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
