Expected outcomes & responsibilities. Own end-to-end . Purchase Order management. , freight bookings, and ASN tracking.. Maintain real-time visibility and accuracy in our ERP and 3PL systems.. Review and control commercial documentation and vendor compliance.. Execute Transfer Orders between fulfillment centers and manage warehouse receivings.. Use AI and automation tools to eliminate manual tasks and increase operational speed.. Build dashboards and generate reports on freight status, discrepancies, and vendor performance.. Reconcile freight and duty invoices with the Finance team monthly.. Experience/ Qualifications. 2+ years in . international logistics, global trade, or supply chain. roles.. Hands-on experience with . ERP systems. (NetSuite preferred) and logistics/e-commerce platforms.. Strong command of . English. (written and verbal).. Intermediate to advanced . Excel / Google Sheets. skills.. Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset.. Familiarity with . AI tools. (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).. Comfortable working full-time in . U.S. time zone-compatible. hours.. Nice to have. :. Experience with 3PL platforms (e.g., ShipHero, Flexport, Amazon Seller Central).. Background in . e-commerce or retail logistics. (especially National/International Brands)..
