Drive Backend technical solutions and strategic objectives across multiple teams.. Build effective alignment with design, product, frontend, and platform teams.. Uplevel the team through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing.. Help define and evangelize best practices for backend engineering across the Curation organization, fostering a strong developer community..  . What we’re looking for:. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.. Deep understanding of backend development, distributed systems, and API design principles.. 8+ years of industry backend application development experience, 3+ years experience as a tech lead.. Strong collaboration and communication skills.. Strong mentorship and coaching abilities.. Experience in following best practices in writing reliable and maintainable code that may be used by many other engineers.. Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies to understand what should be incorporated..  . In-Office Requirement Statement: . We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style.
