In this role, the Physician Partnerships Associate will be responsible for cold-calling physicians, introducing and promoting Grow’s ability to assist physicians in connecting their patients with Behavioral Health services, setting and conducting Demos with offices and then nurturing the office post referral. A key aspect of success in this position involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date physician lead records within HubSpot and Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.. This role also focuses on account management and relationship development, requiring regular follow-ups with referring physicians to foster long-term partnerships and ensure a steady flow of patient referrals. Additionally, the Associate will assess physicians' Behavioral Health referral needs, gathering insights from office managers and physicians to identify opportunities for enhancing Grow’s offerings. Collaborating with the Physician Partnerships team, they will develop and implement strategic approaches to better meet these needs.. Zone 2 (All other US locations): $65,000 base plus commission for $105,000 OTE.
