Salesforce GTM Lead . will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’s Salesforce business in North America with enterprise-level manufacturing clients. The GTM Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business by identifying key plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities and deepen client relationships. . What You’ll Do: . . Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $3-5M+ annually . Lead the end-to-end sales process, driving pipeline generation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals Ch. Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Salesforce Manufacturing . Identify, develop, and prioritize Salesforce market offerings that fit manufacturing business needs . Develop and execute account plans for large manufacturing clients, focusing on long-term growth and partnership . Oversee and lead manufacturing sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for Salesforce service line . Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts . Engage with delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements . Execute market activities, events, relationship development and thought leadership to drive awareness and sales pipeline . Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex manufacturing environments and associated challenges, providing high-value solutions that align with strategic goals . Provide thought leadership by authoring white papers hosting local events, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the manufacturing industry . . What You’ll Bring: . . Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment . Experienced selling to enterprise-level manufacturing clients . Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations . Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Salesforce cloud-based solutions . Strong business operations skills (e.g. developing a forecast and business plan / forecast, managing towards margin and utilization goals) . Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, sales executives and solution architects . Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessions . Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively engage with CxOs and senior decision makers . Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience . .
