As our VAM, you’ll be the primary bridge between Pax8 and our vendors, helping to grow revenue, align go-to-market strategies, and ensure our partners are set up for success. You’ll influence how vendor products are positioned, promoted, and sold—making a direct impact on our business and our partners’ growth.. 🧠What You’ll Do. Own and nurture vendor relationships across 8–10 accounts. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to shape vendor GTM strategies. Drive sales enablement by aligning vendor promotions, spiffs, and partner programs. Deliver monthly forecasts and quarterly business reviews. Aggregate and manage vendor content for our Command Console. Facilitate trainings, mission briefings, and vendor onboarding. Conduct on-site visits and provide strategic feedback to vendors. Maintain accurate org charts and territory maps for each vendor. 🛠What You Bring. 3+ years in the MSP channel or IT Channel Sales. 2+ years in account management with quote-to-cash experience. 4+ years in technical sales or engineering roles. SaaS product experience (selling, handling, processing). Strong Salesforce proficiency. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
