We are looking for an Associate Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing sales team for our subscription businesses.. Why it matters: . As our Associate Director of Revenue Operations, you will serve an integral role in both strategically building out the enablement function while also moving the needle quickly on growing the sales team. The focus of this position will be organized into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deliverables, and often requires additional deep dives into certain KPIs where executives may have additional questions or need further insights. You will play a critical role in delivering world-class GTM reporting to the entire sales team. . Go deeper: . In this strategic role, you will make an impact on Axios through the following responsibilities:. Leading the charge in our forecasting discipline across our subscriptions business (Axios Pro) . Partnering  closely with Client Partnerships and Client Success leaders to drive go-to-market strategies. Collaborating with Revenue leaders to develop, align, and implement territory assignments, sales/compensation plans, and quotas. Support internal executives, sales team, and operations team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance. Creating reporting tools for a growing sales function. Monitor sales metrics and develop an understanding of how KPIs impact the business. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards. Manage relationships with external CRM team and drive efficiencies through the system. Implement CRM optimizations (i.e. new automations and processes for lead routing). Research and evaluate areas of opportunity against conversion rates and segment strategy. Manage goals templates for sales team. Provide reporting and analysis on all Quarterly Business Review intake needs and next steps. Worthy of your time: . Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios’ mission and have the following skills:. 5+ yrs experience in sales, sales enablement, coaching, and management . Highly analytical, can leverage raw, unorganized data into actionable insights. Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth sales team . Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot) and developing dashboards, gathering requirements from sales leaders to optimize insights from tool. High emotional intelligence and deep commitment to progressive diversity and inclusion practices. Advanced Excel experience. Proficiency in PowerPoint. Starting salary for this role is in the range of $85,000 - $115,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits. Axios' compensation philosophy takes into account cost of labor differentials across the country. Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location..
