Must-Have Qualifications:. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, PMAX). 3+ years of Meta Ads experience, including full-funnel strategy and optimization. Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate). Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, custom formulas, data visualization). Fluent in written and spoken English; proven success working with US-based clients. Core Tasks and Responsibilities:. Launch and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including creative testing and audience targeting. Analyze campaign data and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Create client-ready performance decks and narratives using Google Slides and Sheets. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and audiences.
