Senior HR Advisor at TwinStream. Location Information: UK. Details:. Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 (pro-rated to part-time) . Location: Remote . 14-month Fixed Term Contract . Part-time position: 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days per week  .  . About the role:.  . As Senior HR Operations Advisor, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our day-to-day People processes.   You’ll act as a subject matter expert in people policy, systems and lifecycle processes.  This role will suit someone who enjoys building new processes from the ground up, driving meaningful impact and helping a high-growth organisation mature its people operations with structure, consistency and purpose.  .  . Responsibilities:.  . Employee Lifecycle Support . Be the point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and resolution . Draft and review employment contracts and employee changes-related documentation . Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth, consistent and engaging experience from offer to induction  . Manage and analyse exit interviews to identify trends and inform retention and engagement strategies  . HR Operations & Compliance . Coordinate and carry out pre-employment checks in line with company policy and legal requirements . Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, GDPR and internal policies  . Maintain accurate people data in the relevant systems, producing reports and providing the business with insightful data.  . Partner with Finance, IT and Admin to maintain efficient cross-functional processes . Administer employee benefits programmes (healthcare, Life Assurance, income protection, Octopus EV scheme, buy and sell annual leave), including enrolments, changes, renewals and employee queries.  . Systems and Process Improvement . Own and improve our core People operational process with a particular focus on onboarding, offboarding and employee changes to enhance efficiency and scalability.  . Source, evaluate and implement a new HRIS to support the evolving needs of the business . Project work . Support the CPO on a number of people-related projects as the business continues to grow.  .   . Key Skills:.  . Proven experience in HR Operations or generalist roles, preferably in a start-up, scaling environment . Knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance . Extensive experience with HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, HiBob or similar) . Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills . Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity . A strong process mindset with proven ability to design, document and improve scalable HR workflows . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .   . Desirable Skills:.  . Experience of sourcing, evaluating and implementing a new HRIS into an SME .  .
