Define and drive the . vision, strategy, and roadmap. for DevOps, focusing on internal tools and infrastructure.. Treat internal tooling as a product—cultivating roadmaps, metrics, and outcomes that matter.. Collaborate with engineering leadership to . decompose epics into stories. and manage a dynamic backlog.. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure smooth execution across DevOps squads.. Guide trade-off decisions and track progress using KPIs and OKRs.. What You Bring. 3+ years of product management experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or developer tooling.. 2+ years of developer experience.. Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Helm, Argo CD.. Strong understanding of developer pain points across the SDLC.. Experience managing backlogs, writing/refining stories, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.. Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.. Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and business value.. Familiarity with AI tools for product management and platform engineering.. Required Education & Certifications:. B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience. Compensation:.
