Regional Marketing Manager at RYZE Superfoods. Location Information: USA - West. Job Summary:. In this role, you will be responsible for building regional brand presence and consumer love for RYZE across key West Coast markets. Youll own and execute high-impact, culturally relevant brand experiencesspanning local events, partnerships, pop-ups, retail integrations, and field activations. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of the West Coast consumer mindset and an instinct for translating brand strategy into hyperlocal connection. Youll collaborate closely with brand, retail, creative, and PR teams to ensure region-specific efforts ladder into our national strategy.. Duties and Responsibilities. Regional Strategy & Planning. Identify key West Coast markets and opportunities to activate the RYZE brand. Build regional marketing plans that reflect local trends, seasonality, and cultural moments. Collaborate with national brand team to ensure cohesion with overarching marketing priorities. Execution & Field Marketing. Own planning and execution of West Coast-based events, retail activations, and brand partnerships. Manager local vendors, agencies, contractors, and event staff. Handle logistics, permits, contracts, and timelines to ensure seamless delivery. Travel regularly to support in-person execution and quality control. Cross-Functional Integration. Align with retail and sales teams to drive regional product visibility and trial. Work with social and content teams to capture activations for owned and paid channels. Partner with PR to amplify standout regional moment and secure earned media. Performance Tracking. Monitor KPIs including engagement, attendance, ROI, and brand lift in the region. Share learnings and regional insights with broader team to inform future initiatives. Required Skills and Abilities. 5+ years of experience in brand, field, or experiential marketing. Deep knowledge of West Coast culture and regional nuances. Proven track record of planning and executing events or regional campaigns. Strong vendor and partner management skills. High level of organization and comfort working independently. Willingness to travel frequently within the region
