What You’ll Do. Workflow discovery & redesign:. Facilitate walkthroughs; produce BPMN/RACI; identify agentizable steps; define HIL gates, risks/controls.. Prototype & specify: . Build low-code pilots (Power Automate/Power Apps or equivalent) with GPT Enterprise connectors; author prompts and function-calling schemas; write integration specs and acceptance criteria.. Prioritize initiatives and set quarterly OKRs in alignment with organizational goals.. Evaluate & instrument:. Create offline test sets; define success metrics; instrument telemetry; review drift/failure modes; conduct user acceptance testing, publish dashboard updates.. Ship & scale with partners:.
