We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team as an expert in SaaS tooling, automation, cloud platforms, Google Workspace, and systems integration. This role goes far beyond point-and-click administration — it requires deep technical expertise to design, build, and manage custom integrations that scale and secure a modern, global infrastructure.. System Integration & Administration. Build and maintain custom integrations between Invisible’s internal stack and a variety of third-party platforms using APIs, scripting, and automation frameworks.. Administer Google Workspace at an advanced level, including domain changes, organizational transfers, API integrations, and security configurations.. Deploy, manage, and optimize environments across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).. Design scalable, automated workflows to reduce manual work and improve IT efficiency.. Technical Expertise & Project Delivery. Lead multiple IT initiatives, balancing infrastructure enhancements with operational needs.. Translate complex business and compliance requirements into secure, scalable systems.. Deliver high-impact projects such as SaaS migrations, multi-domain consolidations, automation pipelines, and infrastructure readiness efforts.. Security & Compliance. Apply security best practices across all integrations, systems, and endpoints.. Configure and manage SSO, IAM, and role-based access controls to enforce consistent identity and access policies.. Support audit-readiness initiatives by ensuring technical systems meet growing security and compliance demands.. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing. Mentor IT associates on integration development, debugging, and automation workflows.. Document systems, workflows, integration patterns, and incident responses to support long-term scalability and cross-functional clarity.. What We Need. 5+ years of IT engineering experience with strong focus on systems integration and automation.. Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace administration and APIs.. Hands-on experience with GCP, Azure, and AWS, including deployment, scripting, and monitoring.. Proven ability to build and maintain custom API-driven workflows and integrations (not just plug-and-play).. Strong scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).. Deep knowledge of device and endpoint management (macOS and Windows).. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.. Experience mentoring or supporting junior IT staff.. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a globally distributed environment.. Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR — with exposure to high-trust or regulated environments a plus.. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.. Tier 1. $131,000—$146,300 USD. Tier 2. $119,000—$133,000 USD. Tier 3. $107,000—$119,700 USD
