Prioritize daily tasks to ensure on-time file delivery and timely corrections.. Manage tickets using a queue process, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.. Collaborate with team members, data vendors, and partners to schedule work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.. Perform back-end data imports of Constituent records and modeling scores into Blackbaud’s ResearchPoint software.. Examine import files to verify ID formats match existing records.. Troubleshoot import errors using tools like Query within the ResearchPoint environment.. Use pre-programmed Python scripts to resolve data issues with import files.. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.  . What You’ll Bring. 2–4 years of experience.  in analytics or project management.. Strong . SQL knowledge.  and experience working with relational databases.. Experience with . data importing and exception analysis. .. Familiarity with . Python scripting.  is a plus.. Excellent . verbal and written communication skills. .. Proven ability to . manage stakeholders and projects.  effectively.. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times.. Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery deadlines.. Strong internal customer relationship skills, especially in challenging situations.. Ability to use systems and processes to monitor and impact performance..
