This role sits within the Business Operations team and partners daily with Sales, Customer Success, and Support leadership. You’ll lead analytics initiatives that fuel growth, optimize performance, and elevate customer experiences. These initiatives include owning the AI strategy for Sales & Services data needs, ensuring our teams harness predictive, prescriptive, and generative insights that unlock value.. You’ll translate complexity into clarity, building deliverables that enable decisive action, while fostering resilience and accountability across your team. You’ll regularly engage with executives, influence strategy, and ensure operational excellence through both data rigor and innovative problem-solving. This role operates in a highly matrixed environment, requiring close collaboration across functions and geographies to align priorities, balance competing demands, and drive unified outcomes.. YOU WILL. Coach and develop team members to solve problems creatively, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver sustained impact. Own and drive the AI and analytics roadmap for Sales & Services data needs, aligning data capabilities to business strategy. Proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity, retention, and customer outcomes, balancing quick wins with long-term innovation. Surface, diagnose, and resolve data integrity issues with urgency and ownership. Influence and align stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization, balancing global and regional priorities to deliver scalable impact. Navigate complex cross-functional dependencies, ensuring clarity and accountability across multiple teams. . THE SKILLSET. 5+ years relevant experience (consulting, analytics, data science) in a SaaS environment. Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, economics, statistics, business analytics). Deep expertise in sales and service metrics (new business, retention, support, customer success KPIs). Proven ability to apply advanced analytics and AI to solve business problems, develop cases, and execute root-cause analysis. Strong balance of strategic vision and executional grit—able to roll up sleeves, deliver immediate impact, and build long-term momentum. Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly, and maintains resilience under pressure. Demonstrated people leadership: building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams. Strong influencing and communication skills, with a track record of driving consensus across complex stakeholder groups. Required: SQL, Tableau (or equivalent BI tool). Preferred: Google Analytics, Heap (or equivalent), experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks
