What You’ll Be Doing: . - Creating technical content such as sample apps, blog posts, and presentations for developers and SREs. - Participating in conferences, user groups, and online forums to promote Grafana and support our community. - Acting as an advocate and mentor for new users in Japan. - Building meaningful relationships within open-source ecosystems, especially those related to CNCF, Prometheus, or Kubernetes. - Providing user feedback to internal teams to help shape product development. - Supporting education and enablement for users across various experience levels. - Collaborating closely with engineers and product teams in an R&D-focused environment. - Reporting directly to the Japan Country Manager and working with a globally distributed team..
