Paid Media & YouTube Advertising Specialist. to join our team and support one of our US-based clients in the health and wellness industry. In this role, youll help execute and monitor paid search campaigns, manage performance reporting, and provide ongoing competitor insights. (TrueView, Shorts, In-Stream, Discovery, Performance Max with YouTube inventory, etc.) within client-provided guidelines. Monitor campaign analytics (view rate, CTR, CPV, RoAS, conversions) and make data-informed adjustments with client direction. Build and manage campaign structures, including ad groups, audience targeting, UTM setup, code creation, and QA. Maintain templated dashboards and reports to track. YouTube campaign performance. Conduct competitor and industry research using YouTube Ads Library, Google Trends, and other tools. Organize and upload insights to trackers/reports based on competitor content, targeting, and performance trends. Track and monitor consumer engagement and experience across relevant competitor channels. Support marketing operations with data entry, asset management, and ad creative uploads as needed. Must-haves:. 2+ years of experience managing. YouTube Ads campaigns. (campaign setup, optimization, and reporting). Strong understanding of video ad formats, placements, targeting, and bidding strategies specific to YouTube. Experience with Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics (or similar tools like Ignite, Amplitude, etc.). Proficiency in G Suite (especially Google Sheets/Excel for performance reporting). Prior experience conducting and presenting competitor research. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Comfortable working independently with ongoing client oversight. Recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to U.S. business hours. Nice-to-haves:. Google Ads Certification (YouTube-specific modules highly preferred). 1+ years of additional platform experience (Meta, TikTok, or Display ads). Familiarity with Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) or similar reporting tools. Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). Background in health, beauty, or consumer lifestyle industries. Growth Into:. Provide performance insights and trend analysis (client will train). Run A/B tests and track results. Share optimization recommendations and best practices for paid channels
