Position Description:. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver and self-starter who uses a methodical approach to software development tasks and solutions. This candidate will work closely with the project team to develop and maintain our custom geospatial software solutions. In addition, you will take part in agile planning sessions and deployments as part of our development process. An interest in innovation and implementing new technologies is key to your success.. Responsibilities:. Design and develop both frontend and backend geospatial web application using Angular CLI and ASP .Net. Understand complex concepts and be self-driven to learn, think creatively, push new ideas. Work both independently and on a team. Requirements:. Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent experience working with web development technologies. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS skills. Knowledge of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, Rest, web APIs, HTML5, .NET, C#, JavaScript/Angular, JSON/XML, etc.). Hands-on coding experience modern JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of querying relational database managements systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with ESRI ArcGIS / Portal / ArcGIS JavaScript API a plus. US. Citizenship required.
