We’re looking for a Senior Marketer to lead our email automation programs for LATAM and Iberia, helping us scale demand generation and turn high-intent prospects into qualified opportunities for Sales. This is not a “keep the lights on” role. You’ll be working with some of the best data across HubSpot’s demand programs, using it to experiment, personalize, and optimize campaigns that directly drive revenue. You’ll also be at the forefront of our AI transformation, using AI daily to personalize communications at scale and partnering with our Marketing Technology team to push boundaries on what’s possible.. What you’ll do. Own programs end-to-end: From strategy and positioning to execution, optimization, and reporting.. Lead regional communications: Be the voice of LATAM and Iberia internally, ensuring impactful, user-first communications and programming.. Design & build campaigns: Write, segment, and deliver engaging emails and other communications tailored to your audiences.. Experiment & optimize: Use data to test, iterate, and scale programs from good-to-great.. Personalize at scale: Harness data and AI to deliver tailored messaging that deepens engagement and drives conversions.. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to align strategies and create consistent customer experiences.. What we’re looking for.
