The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, supporting lead generation, and engaging with Finalsite’s community of school marketing professionals across digital channels. This role blends analytical rigor with creative execution, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI and strengthen our reach. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day campaign operations, testing new channels, and collaborating across the growth marketing team.. LOCATION. 100% Remote - Anywhere within the US. RESPONSIBILITIES. Paid Media & Campaign Execution. Launch and monitor day-to-day paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.. Execute A/B tests for ad creative, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.. Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging ad creative and assets.. Community Engagement. Support community-building efforts, including engagement in Finalsite’s community groups and virtual events.. Partner with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for retargeting and nurture strategies across community and paid channels.. Collaboration & Reporting. Collaborate with the team’s email marketing manager to align ads with nurture campaigns and lifecycle initiatives.. Report on campaign insights to guide strategic planning.. Stay current on trends in paid media, community engagement, and education marketing.. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or paid media execution.. Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.. Experience in education marketing a plus.. RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.
