Create clear deadlines and action items for every team member. . . . Client Management. . . . Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients. . . . Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. . . . Communicate regular status updates. . . . Build trust through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving. . . . Team Collaboration. . . . Coordinate with internal specialists (strategists, designers, developers, content creators) to deliver quality work. . . . Experience & Background. . . . 4+ years managing end-to-end digital marketing projects across multiple channels. . . . Agency environment experience required—you understand the pace and client-facing demands. . . . Track record of successfully managing concurrent projects across SEO, paid media, email, social media, and more. . . . Technical Skills. . . .
