
Product Manager - AI Internal Tooling at Figma. Location Information: USA. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager, AI Internal Tooling, to define and own the strategy for adopting and scaling AI tools across our internal technology stack. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical and business systems expertise who thrives at the intersection of IT, integrations, and enterprise platforms.. In this role, you’ll set the vision and strategy for how AI augments our core internal systems, from automating workflows to improving employee experiences. You’ll partner across IT, Business Systems, Security, and Engineering to evaluate, integrate, and scale AI solutions ensuring they are secure, compliant, and meet our business needs. Your technical fluency will enable you to drive conversations around APIs, data flows, and integrations while at the same time shaping the right solutions to support internal employees. You’ll also help establish a new intake and prioritization process for AI tooling requests, ensuring the most valuable initiatives rise to the top.. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you’ll do at Figma:. Define the vision and strategy for internal AI tooling across IT and Business Systems. Design and operationalize an intake and prioritization framework to evaluate AI tooling requests, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements. Partner with key collaborators across Figma to capture AI needs, translate them into technical requirements, and prioritize solutions that deliver the highest impact. Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and vendor evaluation through pilots, deployment, integrations, and adoption. Guide technical conversations on APIs, data flows, and integration design, collaborating closely with architects and engineers. Enforce governance and compliance standards to ensure AI adoption is secure, auditable, and responsible. Champion change management and enablement by driving documentation, training, and feedback loops that accelerate adoption. Stay current on the AI and enterprise IT ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, emerging risks, and best practices for scaling. We'd love to hear from you if you have:. 8+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems ownership within a cloud/SaaS environment. Proven track record shipping and iterating on AI features that drive impact. Strong technical fluency in business systems, integrations, and enterprise IT platforms. Broad understanding of LLMs and AI-enabled enterprise systems. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt in constantly evolving environments, and drive clarity and momentum across multiple teams. While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:. Experience with AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks. Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms and experience enabling adoption across non-technical teams. Familiarity with identity, security, and data platforms is a plus. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
