Design and maintain. cash-flow models and reinvestment programs to support long-term growth and sustainability.. Build and manage. the Finance team within the Foundation, setting standards for operational excellence.. Establish and oversee treasury operations. , including banking, fiat, and crypto rails, and investment relationships.. Manage the daily operations. of a well-funded treasury, ensuring liabilities are matched and capital is deployed effectively.. Desired Skills and Experience. 10+ years in finance, treasury, or related leadership roles.. Background in traditional finance with proven transition into crypto and digital assets..
