Finance Systems Manager at Invisible Technologies. Location Information: USA. About the Role. Invisible is hiring for a Finance Systems Manager responsible for the implementation, administration, and expansion of the technical tools that drive our finance operations. This role will own and evolve the systems that keep our finance team fast, accurate, and scalable. You’ll dive deep into our tools, partner across the org to understand needs, and hammer out solutions that make finance run better every day.. We’re looking for someone who:. Is interested and experienced with how finance teams function, and is eager to design the tools that help them to run smoothly. Loves working with people, asking questions, and turning what they learn into system design that actually supports users. Thrives on deep, focused execution — willing to pound away at a problem until it’s solved. Obsessively fine-tunes tools, integrations, and configurations. Takes full ownership of their work, thinking like a boss while happily operating as a hands-on individual contributor. This is not an accounting role. It’s a planner-doer role with a service orientation: you’ll go deep into our business processes, learn the details that matter, and design technical solutions that remove friction. You’ll own systems like Netsuite, Ramp, and Numeric — optimizing integrations, resolving sync issues, and leading new implementations from scratch.. Working at the intersection of Finance, IT, Operations, and Engineering, you’ll be the glue that ensures data flows seamlessly and systems never slow us down. You’ll take high responsibility for outcomes, but your day-to-day is hands-on building and execution.. Technical. Experience with Netsuite; Datarails, and other ERP systems a plus. Familiarity with accounting practices (without needing to be an accountant). Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and BI tools. Operational. Proven ability to execute and get things done. Meticulous attention to detail, especially in system configurations and edge-case handling. Strong project management skills to keep initiatives moving to completion. Cross-Functional. Great at building trust and relationships across the organization. Strong listener who works to understand diverse perspectives and needs. Develops a deep understanding of how each stakeholder/team interacts with financial data and systems. Partnership mindset: success means enabling colleagues to succeed. What You'll Do. Own and manage the core finance tech stack — including Netsuite, Ramp, DataRails, Numeric, and future systems — from configuration to optimization. Troubleshoot API syncs, permissioning issues, data inconsistencies, and edge-case errors across systems and teams, particularly with Salesforce and internal tools. Ensure the finance team is using existing systems to their fullest potential by guiding best practices, unlocking underutilized functionality, and improving operational efficiency. Lead finance system implementations end-to-end, from vendor evaluation through testing, launch, and ongoing support. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Product Management to ensure clean data handoffs and seamless integrations between platforms. Develop internal system policies, documentation, and controls to reduce risk and ensure scalability. Identify and deploy automations to eliminate repetitive tasks and accelerate the monthly close process. What We Need. 5+ years of experience managing financial systems and ERP tools, ideally in a multi-platform environment. Deep technical knowledge of Netsuite, Ramp, Numeric, and related finance infrastructure; Salesforce and Datarails a plus, and other business intelligence tools. Strong familiarity with APIs, workflow automation tools, and system integration best practices. Experience leading implementation projects end-to-end — including vendor selection, testing, and rollout. The ability to context switch between strategy and hands-on problem-solving. You think like an owner: accountable, self-directed, and committed to outcomes. You prefer building over managing people — happiest as an individual contributor hammering out solutions. A builder’s mindset: you don’t wait for perfect specs — you find gaps and create better ways to work. Bias for clarity: you write great documentation and bring order to messy systems.
