Design, build, and maintain core backend systems and APIs for our debt management platform. Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and compliance teams to deliver features that are performant, secure, and compliant. Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate boilerplate code, improve documentation, and accelerate testing. Develop and evolve data models in a document database environment (MongoDB). Contribute to our CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure, ensuring reliable, repeatable deployments. Collaborate on system architecture and internal tooling to make the team more efficient. Review and debug code with a focus on maintainability, performance, and security. How Youll Use AI. Code generation: Use AI to bootstrap boilerplate services, generate test cases, and write utility functions faster. Dev tooling: Streamline local setup, deployments, and environment config with AI-assisted scripting. Debugging: Accelerate issue resolution by using AI to isolate problems or suggest fixes.
