Call Center Experience:. 2+ years of experience in a call center or sales environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.. Organization & Self-Management:. Proven ability to manage your time, balance multiple channels (calls, texts, and emails), and stay productive in a remote setting.. Customer-Centric Mindset:.
